Pat is a co-founder of Just Add Plastic Inc. He has worked in the plastics industry since 1974, including plant and project engineering, and OEM experience. He has a BSIE from Georgia tech and an MBA. He manages the main office and covers the Carolinas, where he has a home.

Jim is a mechanical engineer who has worked in the plastics machinery industry since 1972 in various technical and sales management positions, including 14 years of OEM experience. He co-founded Just Add Plastic Inc. in 1986 to provide a single source for plastics manufacturing equipment and expertise. He covers Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
